LAYERED PEANUT BUTTER CUP BARS

1 1/2 cups crumble dough (recipe follows)
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips, melted
1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Crumble Dough:
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 3/4 cups brown sugar
6 cups flour
Press dough on bottom of 9-inch square or 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Spread melted chocolate over crust. Place in freezer while making peanut butter layer. Blend together peanut butter, butter and vanilla. Stir in sugar, mixing until thoroughly combined. Spread over cooled chocolate layer. Sprinkle chips over peanut butter layer; press down firmly. Chill 2 hours; cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
Crumble Dough: Blend together butter and sugar at medium speed with electric mixer. Add flour; mix well. Divide and use as indicated in recipes. May be used immediately, or stored in refrigerator up to 3 days.
