COCOA WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING

2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cocoa

Beat cream until slightly thickened. Gradually add sugar, vanilla and cocoa. Beat until stiff peaks form.
