BAILEYS CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

1 lb light, dark, or white chocolate
1/2 cup Baileys Irish Creme
2 - 3 drops oil flavoring; (orange, raspberry, kahlua, etc., if desired)
1 lb chocolate for coating; if -desired

Microwave 1 lb chocolate and the cream together 1 minute. Stir well. Stir in oil. Cool. Shape into truffles, adding chopped nuts if desired. Melt remaining chocolate on High 1-2 minutes, or until melted. Dip truffles into melted chocolate, and place on waxed paper to harden. Or, roll each truffle in powdered sugar, cocoa powder, finely chopped nuts, chopped praline, dried fruits, etc.
