ANGEL KISSES

2 1/4 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
1 cup finely chopped pecans
3/4 cup softened confectioners sugar
1/3 cup grated white chocolate
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup seedless strawberry jam
Confectioners sugar for rolling

Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix in corn syrup and jam. Form mixture into balls and roll into powdered sugar and then roll again.
