**JIFFY CUBED STEAKS**

4 cubed steaks
1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
2 tbsp oil
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 medium red or green bell peppers, cut into strips
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper and garlic powder

Sprinkle cube steaks with Italian seasoning; set aside. In a skillet cook vegetables in oil for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Move vegetables to one side and add steaks. Cook 4-5 minutes, turning steaks once. Sprinkle everything with seasonings and serve. Serves 4
