2 small zucchini and yellow squash, thinly sliced
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 cup pitted ripe olives
2 tbsp chopped green onion
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Place vegetables on a double thickness heavy duty foil. Combine remaining ingredients except cheese and pour over vegetables. Fold foil around vegetables and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 30-35 minutes. Carefully open foil; transfer vegetables to serving bowl. Sprinkle with cheese.
