ITALIAN STUFFED BEEF ROLL-UPS

2 thin slices top round steak
8-12 oz sliced baked ham
8 oz sliced Swiss cheese
Seasoned flour with salt, pepper and parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
Seasoned bread crumbs
Vegetable oil
Pound steaks until very thin. Place 2-3 slices of ham over each steak to cover. Top with 2-3 slices cheese. Take one end of beef and begin to roll up, being carefully to keep ham and cheese in place. Coat each roll with flour. Dip in egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
In a large skillet, heat enough oil to cover bottom of a pan and cook meat slowly for 20-25 minutes, turning the pieces to brown evenly.
Preheat oven to 375. After 25 minutes, cut each roll into 1 inch thick slices and place in a shallow baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes. This will finish cooking all the meat and will melt the cheese. Serve the meat over cooked noodles or rice and spoon gravy from casserole over all.
