BARBECUE BASTING SAUCE FOR CHICKEN

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup parsley
garlic salt and seasoned pepper to taste
1 can beer
12 oz water

Mix all ingredients and use to baste chicken cooked over coals. Can also be used for shrimp.
