SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE SPREAD

1 (10 oz) pkg chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (6 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 clove garlic
1 tsp zest of lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp cayenne and white peppers

Combine ingredients and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with crackers.
