MARINADE FOR BEEF OR CHICKEN

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs


1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
4 tsp prepared mustard
5 shakes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup molasses and brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup salad oil
Dash of garlic salt

Mix well in with whisk or blender. Pour over meat of your choice, cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours, or overnight (less if marinating tender meats). Grill depending on cut/type of meat. This sauce will keep indefinitely if refrigerated.
