BURRITO CASSEROLE II

16 corn tortillas, softened and warmed by wrapping in a plastic bag and microwave for 2 minutes
2 lbs ground beef
2 (10 oz) cans Rotel tomatoes with chilies
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pint sour cream
Shredded cheddar or Monterey jack cheese

Brown meat and drain. Add in seasoning and 1 can tomatoes and simmer. Place the meat mixture in the center of the tortillas and roll in a burrito fashion and place in a 13x9 inch baking pan.

Prepare sauce by mixing remaining tomatoes, soup and sour cream. Pour over filled and rolled tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
