SPICY CRAB DIP

1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp dried minced onion, lemon juice and white wine or white grape juice
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper and hot pepper sauce
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 lb imitation crabmeat, chopped

In a food processor, combine first 8 ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a large microwave-save bowl. Stir in crab; mix well. Cover and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm with crackers.
