CHICKEN AND WINE WITH DUMPLINGS (Crock Pot)

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, quartered
Dash salt, pepper, thyme, marjoram and paprika
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large onion, sliced
2 leeks, sliced
4 carrots, cut into large chunks
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1/2 cup dry white wine

Dumplings
1 cups baking mix
8 tbsp milk
Parsley, salt pepper and paprika

Combine seasonings and garlic. Rub mixture onto chicken. Place in bottom of a crock pot. Layer the vegetables over the chicken. Dissolve cornstarch in broth and stir into sour cream. Pour over vegetables. Add the wine. Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours.

Dumplings: Mix together ingredients and form into balls and place on top of chicken mixture the last 30-40 minutes of cooking.
