BROWNIE PIE

2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tbsp butter
1 (6 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pie shell, unbaked

Preheat oven to 375. Mix first 3 ingredients in a double boiler. Beat until chocolate melts. Stir in remaining ingredients, adding vanilla last. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 35 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
