FAJITA CHICKEN CHUNKS

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
1 jar fajita sauce
1/2 tsp fresh minced garlic
1/2 cup water
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
Mix first 5 ingredients and marinade about 4 hours. Drain, reserving marinade. In frying pan, heat oil on medium high and add chicken a little at a time; stir-fry about 2 minutes. Remove and place in a bowl. Repeat process until all chicken is browned. Reduce heat and return chicken to pan and add 1 cup of reserved marinade. Cover and cook on simmer about 20-30 minutes until tender. Drain and place in bowl. Serve with toothpicks.
