MANDARIN APRICOT CHICKEN WINGS

2 lbs chicken wing drummettes
2/3 cup bottled sweet and sour sauce
1/3 cup dried apricots, snipped into small pieces
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp ground ginger and 5-spice powder
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

Arrange drummettes in a single layer on a foil-line baking pan. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

In a saucepan, combine next 7 ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes. Remove fro heat. Brush about 1/4 cup of sauce mixture over drummettes. Sprinkle with seeds and bake about 5 minutes or until drummettes are no longer pink in center. Serve with remaining sauce.
