HONEY GLAZED SMOKED CHICKEN

2 whole chicken, quartered or 4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup honey and sauvignon blanc
1 cup soaked wood chips
Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix honey and wine. Rub 1/2 the mixture over the chicken and set aside. Prepare grill and start fire. When coals are heated to white, add wood chips and burn for 5 minutes. Put chicken on grill and sear. Close grill lid and smoke for 15 minutes. Check for doneness and remove chicken from grill. Cover with remaining honey/wine mixture.
