4 (6 oz) cod filets
1 cup creamy Italian-style salad dressing
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips

Preheat oven to 500. Coat a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, marinate the fish filets in the salad dressing for a few minutes. Toss the shredded cheese and crushed chips together. Place the fish in the prepared baking dish and top with chip mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until fish is done. Serves 4
