TERIYAKI-GLAZED TURKEY BURGERS

1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
Kosher salt and ground black pepper
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
4 English muffins, split
1 pint cherry tomatoes
3 kosher dill pickles, cut into spears

Heat grill to medium-high. Form the ground turkey into 1/2-inch-thick patties and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Grill burgers to desired doneness (4 to 6 minutes per side). Baste with teriyaki sauce during the last 2 minutes of grilling. Grill the English muffins until toasted (2 minutes per side). Serve the burgers in the English muffins. Serve with tomatoes and pickles.
