CAPPUCCINO BROWNIES

8 tbsp butter
4 oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tbsp instant espresso powder
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup flour
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325. Butter a 9-inch square baking pan, and line bottom with parchment paper. Coat paper with butter.
In large saucepan over low heat, stir together butter and dark chocolate until completely melted. Let cool slightly and then whisk in sugar, espresso powder, vanilla and eggs.
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Add to chocolate mixture and stir just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out slightly wet, about 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool completely and turn out onto cutting board. Cut into squares and serve.
