APPLE CINNAMON BUNDT CAKE

2 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
16 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups packed dark brown sugar
4 large eggs
6 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 cup confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and baking soda. In large bowl, whisk melted butter with brown sugar and eggs until mixture is smooth. Gradually whisk in flour mixture until just combined. With spatula, fold in apples.

Spoon batter into 3-quart Bundt pan and smooth top. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 to 60 minutes. Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool 15 minutes. Invert cake onto wire rack to cool completely.

In small bowl, whisk together confectioners sugar and 2 tbsp water to form a thick glaze. Drizzle glaze and let cake set about 30 minutes before serving.
