TANGY LEMONADE BARS

2 1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup dried cranberries
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup thawed frozen lemonade concentrate
1 egg
Preheat oven to 375. Grease 13x9 baking pan. Beat butter in large bowl until smooth, adding lemonade concentrate and egg until blended. Add flour, sugar, cranberries, lemon peel, baking soda and salt to butter mixture and stir until well blended.
Press dough into prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars and serve.
