2 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 tbsp onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Spray 1 quart baking dish. Drain spinach and put in a bowl. Add onions and seasonings; mix well. Stir in sour cream and spoon mixture into baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 6
