Shelly's Recipe

CHICKEN SPREAD

Category: Spreads -- Cold

1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped celery, red bell pepper and mayonnaise
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt

Place ingredients in a food processor and process until coarsely chopped. Serve as a sandwich spread or on crackers.
