HAM AND CHESE STUFFED POTATOES

4 large potatoes
1/2 cup milk
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup shredded Swiss and cheddar cheeses
1/2 – 1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup cooked diced ham
2 tsp chopped fresh chives
Preheat oven to 450 and bake potatoes for 1 hour or until tender. Cool for 30 minutes. Cut each potatoes in half lengthwise; carefully scoop out pulp into large bowl, leaving 1/4 inch thick shell.
Preheat oven to 350. Beat pulp with remaining ingredients except ham and chives at medium speed until blended.. Stir in ham and chives and spoon into potato shells. Bake for 15 minutes.
