SOUTH OF THE BORDER CHEESE LOG

Category: Cheeseballs

2 cups shredded cheese for nachos and tacos
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
3 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp minced green onion
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro or parsley

Combine all but last ingredient. Mix until well blended. Chill 1 hour. Shape into a long and roll in cilantro.
