SMOKY CHEESE BALL II

Category: Cheeseballs

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups shredded smoked cheddar, swiss or gouda cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
2 tbsp milk
2 tsp steak sauce
1 cups chopped nuts, toasted

Combined first 4 ingredients and beat until fluffy. Cover and chill 4-24 hours. Shape mixture into a ball, roll in nuts. Serve with assorted crackers.
