SHERRY CHEESE BALL

3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp dry sherry
1 tsp Dijon mustard
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1/4 cu chopped, shelled pistachios
Crackers and vegetables

Combine first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat until thoroughly combined. Chill 30 minutes or firm enough to handle. Form into ball; and roll into nuts. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
