SEASONED SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS

2 1/2 lb fresh ground pork sausage, room temperature
2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
10 tbsp mixed Italian herbs
3-4 tbsp curry

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together sausage and cheese until well combined.

In a separate bowl, sift together remaining ingredients and add to sausage mixture and mix thoroughly. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot. Note: Can store uncooked balls in plastic bags indefinitely in the freezer.
