2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix
Garnish: 2 cups chopped pecans or coarsely chopped red or green pepper
Combine together and form into a ball. Roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
