PARTY CHEESE BALLS II

Category: Cheeseballs

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 sticks butter
1 roll garlic cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 roll smoked cheese, shredded
1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
Chopped nuts

Soften all cheeses. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Add a drop of Tabasco sauce, pinch of garlic or onion salt. Refrigerate until it can be formed into balls. Roll in chopped nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. Remove from refrigerator and let stand into soft enough to put on chips or crackers.
