OLD ENGLISH CHEESE BALL

3 oz blue cheese, room temperature
2 (3 oz) jars Old English processed cheese spread, room temperature
12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp grated white onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup finely chopped parsley, divided
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Mix together the first 3 ingredients and 1/2 cup parsley. Knead everything until thoroughly combined. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes. Mix remaining parsley with chopped nuts and roll the cheese ball into the mixture, coating evenly on all sides. Cover and refrigerate at least overnight to incorporate flavors.
