4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup butter, softened
2 tbsp Dijon mustard and milk
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup mixed dried fruit bits, chopped and sliced almonds, toasted
In a food processor, add first 5 ingredients and process 1 minute or until smooth. Chill 30 minutes. Shape into a ball. Roll in diced fruit and almonds, pressing gently to make them adhere to cheese ball. Chill up to 2 days. Let sit 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
