Shelly's Recipe

CRUNCHY CHEESE BALL

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cup ground cooked ham
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 green onions, chopped
1 EACH small carrot and celery stick, finely chopped
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup chopped peanuts or pistachio nuts

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill several hours. Form mixture into ball. Roll cheese ball in nuts to coat. Serve with crackers.
