CHRISTMAS CROCK CHEESE

10 oz Muenster cheese
1/2 lb aged Cheddar cheese
3 tbsp brandy
1/8 tsp basil, crushed
Pinch of dried dill
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp soft butter

Grate cheese. Put all ingredients into mixing bowl and beat until well blended. Put into small sealable crocks for Christmas giving or for your own use. Keep refrigerated. Remove from refrigerator one hour before serving.
