2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz) pkg blue cheese
1/4 cup parsley, minced
1/2 cup white onion, minced
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
Combine all ingredients except walnuts; mix well. Form into 2 cheese balls. Roll each in chopped walnuts. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve on crackers or French baguette.
