2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 green bell pepper, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Chopped cilantro
Mix ingredients until well combined and form into a ball. Roll in chopped cilantro. Serve with crackers.
