BRIE BALLS WITH SPICY CRANBERRY DIPPING SAUCE

2 (8 oz) rounds brie
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp minced garlic
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
Vegetable oil

Spicy Cranberry Dipping Sauce
1 (16 oz) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 tbsp prepared horseradish and orange juice

Trim rind from Brie. Combine with next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well with hands until combined. Shap mixture into 1 inch balls. Dip in egg, dredge in flour. Dip again in egg and roll in breadcrumbs, pressing firmly so crumbs adhere. Place balls on wax paper; chill at least 1 hour.

Pour oil to depth of 2 inch in Dutch oven, heat to 370. Fry cheese balls, in batches, until golden, about 1 minute; drain on paper towels. Serve immediately with dipping sauce

Dipping Sauce: Combine ingredient in small bowl; stir well.
