BACON CHEESE LOG

Category: Cheeseballs

6 slices bacon, cook and crumbled
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp green onions, minced
1/8 tsp garlic salt and ground red pepper

Garnish
Green onion brushes
Stuffed olives
Assorted crackers

Combine bacon and remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. On waxed paper, form into a log; chill. Garnish with onion and olives. Serve with crackers.
