STRAWBERRY STUFFED FRENCH TOAST

4 thick slices of bread
Strawberry jam
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
6 eggs
1/2 cup vanilla extract

On two slices of bread, spread a thick layer of cream cheese. On the other two slices, spread a thick layer of jam. Sandwich the cream cheese slices with the jam slices. Beat the eggs and vanilla. Dip each sandwich into the batter. Place on a medium setting on a greased frying pan and cook until brown. Make sure each side is evenly brown. Transfer to a plate and cut into triangles and heavily sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Top with freshly sliced strawberries.
