COUNTRY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

1 lb sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
Hash browns, cooked until crispy
10 eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups light cream
1 tsp salt
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder and poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups croutons
2 cups shredded cheese, any flavor or combination

Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan. Place bread in the pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine rest of ingredients together and mix well. Pour over bread and lest sit for 15 minutes to soften bread or refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
