BEER CHEESE DIP

1 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese; shredded
1 large onion; grated
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp Tabasco (add more to taste)
1 (8 1/2 oz) can beer

Using food processor, blend onion, garlic, Tabasco and 4 1/2 oz beer for ten minutes. Blend in remaining beer for 2 minutes. Add shredded cheese in small batches and blend until well blended. NOTE: Serve with favorite crackers. inch
