BACON-CHEDDAR SPINACH DIP

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
5 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tsp dill weed
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Crackers or sourdough bread cubes for serving.
Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise together in a mixing bowl. Stir in the next nine ingredients (spinach through pepper). Spoon into a two-quart baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350 or until dip is bubbly and heated through (check beginning at 45 minutes). Serve with crackers or bread.
