CON QUESO ROLLS

12 oz processed cheese, diced
1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
1/2 cup chopped green and black olives
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
12 ounces ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
6 French bread rolls

Combine processed cheese, green chilies, green olives, black olives, tomato sauce, olive oil and hot pepper sauce in a medium bowl; mix well.

Combine ground beef and garlic in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 6 minutes, or until no longer pink; drain. Add cheese mixture and stir well.

Slice tops off rolls and scoop out the center. Divide beef mixture between rolls, replace tops and microwave on MEDIUM for 5 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Serve warm. Serves 6
