CHEESE PUFFS

1/3 cup mayonnaise and finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp sliced green onion
2 tbsp diced pimientos
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Dash hot pepper seasoning
Triscuits

Mix ingredients except for Triscuits. Spoon mixture onto Triscuits and place on a baking sheet. Broil 4 inch from heat source 1-2 minutes until puffed and lightly browned. Serve immediately. Makes 20 appetizers
