Shelly's Recipe

BROCCOLI OREINTAL

1 lb broccoli, cut up or 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen cut broccoli
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
2 tbsp butter
4 tsp soy sauce
Dash ground red pepper

In a medium saucepan, cook broccoli and water chestnuts, covered in a small amount of boiling water for 9-11 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain; transfer to a bowl and keep warm. In the same saucepan, melt butter. Stir in sauce and red pepper. Heat through and pour over broccoli. Serves 3
