GARLIC BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

2 cups buttermilk
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
Black pepper to taste

Combine buttermilk, blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and garlic in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Season to taste with pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use. (Keeps for two weeks tightly covered in the fridge.)
