STEAK SAUCE

1/4 cup vegetable oil and dry red wine
1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1/8 tsp leaf thyme
1 1/2 tsp A-1 Sauce

Measure all ingredients into jar with tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake to combine. Brush steak with sauce several times during grilling or broiling. Makes ½ cup.
