Shelly's Recipe

Twisted Willow Tartar Sauce

Makes: 2 1/4 cups

2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated yellow onion
1 tablespoon finely diced red pepper
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
Pinch of cayenne pepper
A few grinds of fresh black pepper

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
