Apple and Pear Waldorf Salad

Serves 8-12

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
2 large apples - chopped
2 large pears - chopped
1 cup celery - chopped
1 cup walnuts - chopped
1/4 cup honey
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup mascarpone cheese
Salt and pepper

In a large bowl, whisk the honey, yogurt and mascarpone together.

Chop the apples, pears, celery, and walnuts. Mix them into the yogurt mixture, then salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
